Madrid, February 19, 2025 – Astara, a leading mobility solutions company, has reached a strategic partnership with Iberia and Vueling, becoming their new mobility partner. This agreement allows customers of both airlines to earn Avios on all transactions across Astara's various brands and services, expanding the benefits and rewards of its loyalty program.

Currently, emovili is positioned as the nº1 independent company in Spain in the installation of domestic charging points and solar panels.

Astara, world leader in mobility and automotive distribution, has signed a collaboration agreement with emovili, a Spanish company specialized in the installation of charging points and solar panels, through which it will offer installation of charging points, maintenance and support services for electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Through the new agreement, emovili will provide all of its installation services to Astara's customers, which will allow electric and plug-in hybrid buyers to benefit from emovili's extensive experience and commitment to the environment. 

• The mobility multinational takes over 100% of GoTo's operations in Spain and will integrate the car sharing services with its pay-per-use division, Astara Move.

• The agreement reinforces Astara’s offer to cover the full range of individual mobility solutions.

Madrid, June 1st, 2023 – Astara, one of the leading global mobility services companies, has acquired, through Astara Move, the 100% of GoTo Global's operations in Spain. This way Astara expands its ecosystem of mobility solutions, to include car sharing services. 

It´s entry into the sharing market represents the commitment of the Spanish multinational to offer a comprehensive range of personal mobility solutions. Thus, Astara adapts to the needs of each user such as ownership or pay-per-use services. 

The agreement takes immediate effect and involves a total integration of GoTo Spain within Astara, including workforce, fleets, and users. GoTo users will continue to use the service on the same platforms (web and app). Both brands will coexist, and the fleet of vehicles will adopt Astara Move’s branding.
